Quotes & Pricing

• Pickup or delivery modifications

Final pricing will be confirmed before dispatch.

Booking & Payment

Customers may be required to provide a deposit to schedule transportation services. Remaining balances are typically paid directly to the carrier upon delivery unless otherwise agreed. Failure to complete payment may delay shipment or delivery.

Vehicle Preparation

Before pickup, customers are responsible for:

• Removing personal belongings from the vehicle
• Securing loose parts or accessories
• Ensuring the vehicle is operational unless non-running transport is requested
• Providing accurate pickup and delivery information

Alpha Auto Transport LLC is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

Customers agree to remain flexible with scheduling windows.

Inspection & Damage Claims

Vehicle inspections are completed at pickup and delivery. Customers must inspect the vehicle upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately on the Bill of Lading. Damage claims submitted after delivery may not be accepted by the carrier or insurance provider.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled before carrier assignment may qualify for a refund. Once a carrier has been assigned or dispatched, cancellation fees may apply. Refund decisions are subject to the terms agreed upon during booking.

Prohibited Items

Customers must not place illegal, hazardous, or valuable items inside the vehicle during transport. This includes:

• Weapons
• Drugs or illegal substances
• Explosives
• Cash or valuables
• Personal household goods

Alpha Auto Transport LLC and carriers are not liable for loss or damage to prohibited items.
